The electrical CAD design at Infomotion leverages key ECAD tools for designing, sizing, and drawing electrical schematics, including SPAC Automazione and particularly the EPLAN platform, which we master in all its functionalities. Here are some of them:
- EPLAN Electric, used for comprehensive electrical schematic design and for providing solutions and projects that easily integrate with other areas of industrial automation.
- EPLAN ProPanel, through which we create 3D prototypes corresponding to what will be realized in our production department.
- EPLAN Fluid, an engineering tool that integrates the pneumatic aspects of our automated systems into electrical projects as needed.
In addition to that, we also utilize other necessary tools to complete the electrical CAD design process, including:
- AutoCAD, for managing 2D layouts.
- Creo, to directly capture the 3D functionality of the machines on which electrical engineering is performed.
Finally, as supplementary to our projects, we deliver Excel spreadsheets complete with data pertinent to the design process.
